Join us on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 7:30pm, at Mediterranean Specialties, for a Cooking Class with Nahla. Menu will be: Hummus with lemon herb & olive oil topping, fresh crudites (from Joe’s garden), Batata harra (spicy potatoes), Fresh tomato salad, and Seeyadieh (fisherman platter with fresh white fish).

  • Mouhammarra with warm pita

  • Rishta lentil soup

  • Sheikh el mehshi (stuffed eggplant with lamb)

  • Riz belsherrieh

Followed by dessert and Lebanese coffee.
